I don't no why your card not are shown but the reason why you can't see if you are in + or - is that on Titan poker do they not write in the chat how much you won in the tournaments so pokeroffice can't now how much you have won but it nows how much you are paying fore entering the tournaments and that why you have a negativ profit

I don't understand why it dosen't work but it's not a problem that your anti virus program is popping up with a messega that it thinks poker office is a trojan horse because its not that what is wrong about many anti virus programs they say many things is a virus or something like that and many people belive them when there is nothing wrong but ok if its not showing your cards there is not so much you can use it too good luck with pokertracker :)

You should check before you download (and especially pay) for anything, whether it supports the cardrooms you play at. Almost all products support FullTilt and PokerStars. The other rooms are hit and miss and you should check first.
Here is a quick guide I put together on the important features of these programs:
Looking at that huge index of information can be daunting at first, but what you'll find is that you are probably using a few things much more than anything else.
Obviously the first thing that you'll use often is how much profit you are up or down.
Next, your BB/100 hands. This is your winrate. If you can get this/keep this above 2 you are in pretty good shape no matter what stakes you play.
The next things are your Pre-Flop Raise % and your Saw Flop %.
Pre-Flop Raise % is the % of times you raise before the flop, as opposed to calling somebody elses raise, limping or checking the blinds.
Saw Flop % is the % of the time that you see the flop, regardless of if you called, check the blinds or raised.
In PokerTracker these are referred to as VPIP (voluntarily put money in the pot) and PFR (pre flop raise). They are very important and you will hear them discussed constantly when going over hands. Both analyzing what your VPIP/PFR are and that of your opponents (through the use of an HUD).
If your stats looked like this, 27% Saw Flop and 0% Pre Flop Raise, after you played 100-200 hands or so, this would show a huge leak in your game. As it is only 11 hands there is no way to know, maybe you just checked the blinds twice and folded the rest.
In NL you want to be tight and aggressive. So folding a lot but taking the initiative when you do get involved. This translate to a VPIP (Saw Flop %) that is pretty close to your PFR (Pre Flop Raise %). It varies based on playing style but typically for a 6-max game good players are in the range of 16/11 up thru 26/22 or thereabouts.
If you are playing at 25/2 that is a huge sign that you are too passive and you should fold more and raise more often when you do play a hand. If you are playing at 35/20 that is a huge sign that you play way too many hands and need to learn to put the breaks on.
That is a basic once over on this stuff, let us now if you have any questions about using the software or analyzing the stats, me and mustardeggs can give you some pointers. If you want to become a winning player and/or play professionally, using tools like these are essential. You can pick your product, different people have different preferences, but there are very few players who are big winners and do not use products like these to analyze their own play and that of their opponents.

Thankyou WD that is very helpful :)
I play on ipoker and prima and i know pokeroffice supports these but for some reason my laptop with windows vista doesnt like their software. It changes the screen resolution and the colors! It also drives my anti-virus mad! I'm sure pokertracker supports both these networks too but as i said in a previous post i dont have a credit card so therefore purchasing their software is a bit of a pain .. i've not really looked into it yet to see if there is a way around it, but i will do as i agree with you! I've been playing with no help for way too long and im getting nowhere fast!!
Thanks again.. appreciate the help :D

Thx, managed to find poker office. Unfortunately there are no directions so it is going to take me a month to determine how to select a player (even myself) to get stats from. I think there is something wrong with this trial version ??? No matter what I do it shows pot odds only. Annoyed annoyed and annoyed :(

LOL
I told you guys PokerOffice is no good but everybody keeps mentioning it.
PokerTracker and HoldEmManager are the way to go. However they are not going to be easy to use and will take some time to learn. They are actively supported however and you'll find lots of valuable info and help on their support forums.
