Well a place for every playr to post there dreams. Both poker related and if you want to share any other dream :)

I myself have a dream about making the Ferguson. Chaning a big fat zero to 10.000 Dollars. Maybe more. But the goal at first would be 10.000.

I would love to live of my music. Had the chance twice but got screwed my different managers each time. So far i have spent like 10.000 dollars on it. But my dream still stands.

I want to be the best known and first Miss Aussie poker player lol :D. There are no female poker players from my country that play live in the tours (that I know of, correct me if I am wrong). Definitely none as well known as Evelyn Ng, or Jennifer Tilley or or or.

So the question is can I ? Will I ever be the best known and most profitable lady Aussie poker player ? The chances are slim and time is against me but hey .... it keeps my poker mind bumping :).

The title Aussie Angel awaits me hehe :D

Hopefully the site does well enough that we can have promotions like that, putting up tournament buy-ins in exchange for wearing our gear etc. We aren't quite that big yet but we are getting there.

Well.

my dreams are many. for the part that contains poker the first one is to win the league. a second one is to learn playing cashgame.. i really sucks at it :p.
the third is to play one of the big tournaments. EPT, WSOP and so on.

for my private life my biggest dream is to remain happy and healthy and that my childs will always have a happy life. :) for now its looking very good :)

Peter Eastgate can play both cashgames and tours - so when your'e as good as him, then...

I have the same problem - I am able to play SnGs without really loosing money but cashcames drains my money bin.

But I have one small piece of advice, that has made my cashgameplay a little less expensive. Be patient and aggressive. Don't hit as often, but hit harder.

Very good advice Frydenholm ;) I need some in the HU area..i'm way tooooo tight !! I layed down a pair of aces vs mustard last night and it was only 25/50c he turns over a semi bluff.. pr of 6's haha so my dream is to conquer HU also....I love poker ;)

Sure i would but for me at this point it's not very realistic. I know my faults and one is that i tend to be overagressive when i loose money. Like i really wanna win the double back as fast as possible. And that kind of stupidity ruined my wallet a couple of times the last couple of years. So at this point im only playing fun money to learn concentrate and not get distracted by bad hands, bad beats, and loosing a couple of dollhairs.

The short advice for HU comes in two parts:
On the button, never call, but fold or minimumraise - big raises and reraising comes after the flop or in the final part of the game.
Choose a value for your hand as a limit for when you're in or out. You may adjust the limit from game to game until perfection, but when you've made a decision before a game - stick to it.

It triggers me to say YES I have dreams beyond poker :o. 1. get married (again) hehe :D 2. See my children grow up wisely and sensibly :) 3. Keep good health and prosperity :cool: and then of course 4. comes my grand children :)

I also want to visit my best friend in Denmark, my cousins in Paris and London and my uncle on reunion island.
