I have a bad habit :( I keep checking the river in hope of invoking the bet... am i right to do so or should i always bet? We've had this discussion before but clearly i didnt listen lol this again is only micro stakes but Grrrrr why why??? didnt i bet lol I insta checked !! Its sure not fear it was hoping for a push !!

You should not be check calling three streets here. I'd probably check/raise flop, if not that then either donk (bet into him) the turn or check/raise the turn. The idea is to take all of his money...not get him to put just one more bet in there.

Yes i hold my hands up here to absolutely disgusting play.. Checking quads..omg! I should've AT LEAST check raised or bet the turn!! But i have a flaw in my play as i do this way toooooo much...i guess i need to learn how to maximise my win :o

amazing that this guy even bet the turn, this should be a clear flop check raise imo unless u always c/f Ax and 55 on the Turn and ur opponent is aware of that

Nice knowing, I'm not the only one who can fall asleep in the middle of a hand, slinky ;)

I know the feeling, being afraid to scare the other guy off, but checking the river hoping he'll take initiative is being too optimistic. When I sense kind of cautious play I often bets the amount he already has put in the pot, which many players find hard to resist.

Look at the bright side: After this you'll never forget to go for the money.
