ok, as strange as it sounds ... I just used my sons to perform the exercises this old lady did..... It was soooo much fun and I recommend it to everyone.

I was once told about how to tell if a person was lying .... being the eyes looking up to the left or to the right... also how to tell if a person was feeling guilt or hiding something. By the way they sit. I know my kids pretty well in regards to those "tells" so it was pretty easy. I am going to try it on people at my sisters bday party on Wed night :D
