When registering for chat put a Fullstop at the end of your name or make some other small alteration. If you use your exact name e.g Danielle Angel you will not be able to register. I am using just Danielle. You may choose to alter such as suggested in the other thread by ~WD~ by placing a fullstop ...e.g

I've been testing the chat and it seems to work, but I have a small problem with the looks. See picture (If it doesn't show above, please use this link: http://forum.theplayr.com/album.php?albumid=7&pictureid=20)

Not all text shows and worst: not all scrollbar shows.

Does this only happen at my computer or do anybody else experience the same?

I was just able to log in with my forum profile, Maestroelite and PW.

Is that a bug? Hehe

You prob wont be able to log back in again with them, unless the bug is fixed already

Well i can log in with my normal everytime :)

Well but some ideas.

1. Should be able to use CAPITAL LETTERS.

2. The chat should be in a pop-up window so you don't have to open a new window just to surf around in here :)

3. Seems that sometimes when i type it does not show my msg. Pls fix :)

4. And sometimes when i type it sort of jumps out so it stops typing. :) Pretty annoying when you type a long msg. Pls fix :)

It was setup automatically to pop up in a new window. I didn't like that and asked them to do it this way, but after trying this, I think you are right. I will have them change it so that it pops up in a new window like MSN.

I also asked for the feature where it shows how many online on the main page but that doesn't appear to be done yet. Hopefully we can get this done over the weekend.

yes you must choose a name that is different from your forum screen name. click the 'register' button and choose a username/password.

i like the pop-up version much better, good idea whoever suggested that.

You are one of the lucky ones Froedo. I have been in the live chat asking people. Some people's forum name works perfectly fine every time. Some people such as myself, Pip_Sta, ~WD~, Friis, Mustardeggs are not so lucky.

I needed to change it but it works fine for me now. I also the think the pop up version is much better. Hope you guys like it and it will be used alot.
