This is one of the worst ideas I have heard in a long time:

what ever is going on with the organisers of the wsop..as if the pause of the game for 4 months to see the FT wasnt disgusting enough!!

I don't think it's a bad idea. Considering the fact that a guy like negreanu made rebuy 16 times when he won one of he's bracelets. It's like the guy with most money available in he's pocket have a bigger chance of winning than the guy who don't. Or is that just my oppinion?

Well its easy to rebuy and play like a donkey at the start...but thats the point to build a good stack early on! But it takes skill to carry on after the rebuy period is over and go on to win, so no i dont believe it has anything to do with fat wallets!!

although the rebuys favor people who are able to afford to rebuy a lot and therefore play loose enough to build up a big stack i dont think that someone should be penalized because they have a bankroll. All of the big name players show up for the big rebuy events because the prize pools and payouts end up being ridiculously large regardless of the field size so i think it would be terrible to get rid of them.

I agree. Even though personally I hate rebuy/addon tournaments online/live... you shouldn't take em away for WSOP events.
