I just got told by a friend who i'm talking to whilst playing this mtt to fold.. what do you think?

Taking into consideration the levels are 20mins and and we are only on 4th level 40/80 also 5k starting stacks!

i'll post results after we've had a good debate :)

diff fold even if he was holding ace rag which i doubt think hed have at least a k prob got aces or kings
callng an all in that early with js is a no no for me

Let me just say i managed to throw my whole bankroll overboard yesterday with jj.

5 times i get JJ and go all in and 5 times some guy holds AA.

From now on I might be more carefull with that hand

snap call imo, the exact advice you gave me 2 months ago.
Hands which are better then it pre flo :
AA KK QQ
Hands which have an edge over it AK AQ KQ .... INSTA CALL :p Same issue as I had remember ? Yours could turn out differently though

Nah this is so early on in at mtt i didnt need to risk it all..and with his play i should've been putting him on QQ KK AA AK all overs so it was a race!

I think it was a bad call but i still went ahead and did it :p

didnt read it all, I now see blinds were only 40/80 .... I think I would have called still ! My last JJ hand still sticks in my head.

Your hand was totally diff mate.. it was deep in and also you were priced in. This went raise reraise push.. your hand was raise and push and you had little more to call (pot commited) :)

i think your 2 choices are a. to flat call the raise b. call the shove. I dont think that you have enough chips to make this is a raise fold situation because if that is the case you are turning jj into a bluff. plus although i havent stoved it you are probably about 40 percent to win against a range like 1010+ aq+

agains this range its 46% equity, if you rule out AQ you still have 43%. If you rule out TT though its just about 36%

However after you reraise you cant fold anymore.

I dont think flatcalling preflop is a good choice here.

Yea i had no intentions of flat calling with such a hand as JJ but with the blinds and all i should've put him on AA KK QQ IMO .. Therefore i should have folded! Just my opinion, i still called though so i'm a bad bad girl! lol :p

i think the range that you are giving it way to tight and there is no chance that its right unless you have some sick reads on your opponent.
