renting my pad

i emailed these pics to a couple people already so might as well just post them here. i am looking to rent my place out to a 2p2er (not some rando) as i dont think i'll be back for awhile.

screech or mustardeggs have first dibs on it if either of them wants it, if they dont other people could take it if they need a pad in bangkok.

apartment is two rooms. walk in and you have the living room/kitchen then there is a little hallway w/ a bathroom on the right and the bedroom in the back.

best thing by far about the apartment is that the living room back wall is basically a huge wall of windows with a pretty sick view of the asoke side of sukhumvit (on the 24th floor so pretty high up). then in the bedroom one wall is also a floor to ceiling window that has an amazing view facing sukhumvit and soi 8/6/4 and at night that side looks amazing.

also the two tv's and i got a pretty sweet glass desk that is great for poker. and the location (sukhumvit 13, 7 minute walk to bed supper/q bar...spice after hours is right next door at the ambassador). building is old but no bug problems or anything. one thing that kinda sucks is you have to go up 2 elevators to get to the apartment. the first 14 floors of the building are offices so u talk elevator to the 14th floor then walk across a lobby and through security then up some other elevators to get to the apartments. on that floor (14) there are some convenience stores, a restaurant, laundry, a pool, gym, sauna/raquetball etc.


Place is 25k per month rent+2.5k for best true internet package (hooked up already) +4-8k for electric depending on your air con use (i never turn it off and its like 8k a month). 1.5k a month for option 3x a week maid, she's cool and i trust her. 1.5k more a month for laundry to be done, maid handles it all for you taking it down there and bringing it back etc. ubc is free i bribed them for a lifetime connection. think thats it any questions ask, sorry i dont have better pix of the view/desk
