say your in BB with 7 limpers and you pick up KK or AA. your playing against loose nits will call almost anything. you bet $25 at a $1/$2 live game 10 players, and you get 2 callers. FLOP is Js 9c 8c. your first to act, you have $150 left and both of the other players have you covered. what should you do? all-in? $55? check? (for this specific example the players calling range is any suited connecters and face cards or any pair)

cheers

loose nits? doesnt make much sense, based on what you are saying this should hit there range pretty hard. live i think making it something a little bigger after when you have 7 limpers is okay. if you have kk or aa and make 35 and get two callers you dont have much of a decision post flop with one pot sized bet left. as played i either like bet calling or check shoving.

I hope your betting 25$ with any two cards, Because such a raise will scream AA KK etc... And like Mlubin says with one pot bet left what is there to do? I'm all for the check raise allin tbh...

In this example id raise to 3* the BB plus 1 more BB for every limper so it would be 10BBs here. If they are loose and youre in EP i think 25$ is fine. This Flop is so drawy that I would almost bet the pot on this flop.

the only problem with this is that its live and most live games standard open is like 12-20 for 1-2

ok I dont play live. But in that case I think raising to 35 ish sounds good
