How do I get to Copenhagen from Amsterdam??

Hi Playrs,

Hoping one of the Dansk Playrs can help me out with this one.

I would like to travel by train from Amsterdam to Copenhagen for the EPT that will be there soon. But I do not see an easy way to do that. On a map it is just so close, jump over Germany and I'm there...but no such luck with the trains.

Help please :D

according to the Danish Railways (DSB) there should be a train from amsterdam that leaves at 19.03 and arrives in Copenhagen at 9.59 next morning. I cant see any prices or if there are days, that it doesnt run.
Its part of the EuroNightlines.

as far as i know, its the german railways (DB) that organizes those lines, so perhaps you can find something here

You can't miss the building - it's about 5 times higher than all neigbours. At the restaurant placed on 25th floor you can see about all of Copenhagen. As the shadow tells, it's nr 4 on your map.

anything else that is must see in copenhagen? i went downtown today saw people skating and a bunch of buildings that look like they were made before Jesus roamed the earth.

Yeah Christiania is a really cool place. To bad a lot of people wants to close it down. But funny people out there and a lot of smoking ;) So definitely a must see.

I like the Planatarium. But haven't been there for a whole lot of years, so actually don't know if it is worth a visit anymore. The Skatepark is called fælledparken. I use to travel to Cph a lot to skate many years ago. Also a cool place and Rune Gliffbjerg the famous danish skateboarder used to practice there.

If you are in to culture maybe the statue of the little mermaid :P Nothing special I think but a lot of tourists goes to see her.

The danish queens castle maybe. Theres these quite funny guards with funny hats that won't move even though you stand and look them directly in the eyes. :P

oh and Nyhavn. If the weather is ok. There's a lot of restaurants and bars.

And maybe you can take a boat ride on the canal. If it's open in the wintertime.

Theo has the better ods. I read about it in Ekstrabladet a danish newspapers. The bookies all put there money on Theo and in the other fight on Stig Tøfting who by the way is the most aggressive soccer player ever to play in the danish legaue and also is the owner of kickoff poker. He's up against a wrestler I think it is. Hey maybe now you got this pass thingy you can talk to Stig about an exclusive playr deal on kickoff? ;)
